> The Montagnette and the St Michael of Frigolet Abbey
The Montagnette is well-known to be the Provençal massif of Mistral, Daudet and Marie Mauron. Take the time to appreciate calcareous hills, light crests and grey cliffs.

Perfum of cistus, rosemary and thyme will come along your walk through garrigue pine forest and olive grove. You can stop near the chapel or at the Fragolet Abbey or simply in front of a little forested mazier (typical Provençal country home).
When you are at the top of the hills, enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Rhone Valley and of the Durance and watch the faucon fly!
The access to the massif is prohibited from the 1st July to the 2nd week end of September.
In springtime, be careful and don't go out the waymarked footpaths
